I was an MP in Pleiku, and AnKhe from 12/1970 to 12/1971, but the unit was the 560th MP co. So what happened? Did they move you all somewhere else, or just change the name? I know, we kept the RoadRunner call sign and designation for Highway work. At the time I was there we only had 1 gun jeep, no armour, just an M60. We also had 3 V's - Killer Pigs X-56, Executioner X-48, and I' can't remember the third one's name. Great movie, and good to see QL19 after 40 years.
When I left in 1971, they changed us to the 66th just the day before I DEROSed, but then aparantly rethought that and turned Pleiku back over to the 560th. In Pleiku we were on Arty Hill. In AnKhe it was Camp Radcliff for a bit, then Fire base Buffalo.
